There are no staff on-site besides people coming in to clean, but the key system worked like clockwork and I didn't have any issues. The washing machine is a plus, and the kitchen has plenty of appliances and cooking tools. This would be a good place to rent out as a big group.

The staff were very nice, we were a 3 min walk from the mountain and shuttle to other ski areas. Good price for the area. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were cheap snacks to purchase in the front which was nice because there isn’t food nearby. There was a room to wax your gear. The showers were super AMAZING! There is also an Onsen a 5 minute walk away for 1000 yen. The lounge was very comfortable with a good vibe allowing us to make friends with a lot of awesome guests!
