He had met us at the train station as he had expected that we will be arriving late. DJANGO Hostel is conveniently located across the train station and close all amenities. His bar is tastefully decorative and has a very welcoming and intimate atmosphere. All amenities are very clean and well supplied. I highly recommend staying at DJANGO Hostel & Lounge to enjoy Tanabe.

And 5 minutes walking to the tuna market.

Love everything, great location very close to Hongu bus station.The owners is so generous,he let us check in early (2pm) and gave us bread,banana,yogurt to reboot ourselves after a long trekking day. The house is very clean,full function kitchen to use ,free tea,coffee,snacks and jam. Bed room is comfy with heater provide. Bathroom is clean. Surprising Quiet room despite the house is on the main road. Very Recommended and definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with lots of interesting decor around the house. Koji was extremely helpful providing a map and Kumano passport and making sure I knew which bus to take and where to go in the morning

The host is extremely kind to us! Besides, the door open 24 hrs, it’s very convenient for the backpackers like us 👍🏻

Easy to do the communication. Even though the hostel is an old house. The owner renovated it great. They get all the equipment you need and also very Japanese style.
