Located in Watamu, 400 metres from Papa Remo Beach, Backpackers castle provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. Oh! Oh! Oh! I had three of my best days these year at the castle, someone here said it’s is really a castle and I can attest to that. Such a quiet, calm and CLEAN place. I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here. To the owner, thank you so much for being extremely nice and helpful to me.

Sunny garden rooms Watamu is situated in Watamu, within 24 km of Watamu National Marine Park and 2.8 km of Bio-Ken Snake Farm. Perfect for solo travelers. There's other rooms where you can meet people and you get access to the pool and wonderful grounds around the villa. Effie, the hostess is wonderful and invited us to local parties, showed us the local places to eat, negotiated our bodas, and helped us with everything we needed! The rooms were clean, had fans, many outlets, a line to hang your clothing outdoors and a mosquito net for the bed. It was also very secure with a doorman at all hours of the night and only a few more guests which made for a peaceful stay. I will definitely come back here!
