I loved this place so much. we never wanted to leave, it was wonderful! The staff and volunteers are fantastic and really attentive. they were super helpful at the front desk, arranging taxis and telling us all the things available to do. There were lots of lovely activities to join in with whilst we were there. The food was great and really reasonably priced. The room was lovely, with a little balcony, hot shower, air conditioning… it’s a busy hotel and we weren’t disturbed by noise at all. I absolutely adored it here and wish we could have stayed longer.

The views, the garden, the awesome staff, dog Rocky, the food, the water slide, the jungle bungalow, the printed books with tours and the story of the origin of Bambuda, the sloth…. Everything was so amazing!!!! Best place I’ve stayed at in Panama. I’m in love….

Enrique (the host) is super nice & helpful 🤗 Hostal is clean, bright and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, hot water was fine, air conditioner was working properly. There is a common use equipped kitchen. 100% recommended.

Hostal On The Sea has a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and terrace in Bocas del Toro. Martha is an excellent host. The hostel is literally located on the sea and is very easy to locate in Bocas. The amenities are clean and hostel is close to the shops and restaurants. Bonus, Martha can organize for the boat tours to pick you from the hostel. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your own meals and all the other guests were lovely to interact with.

Excellent place, the owner of the property and the staff were very helpful in giving us advice. I also rented a kayak to explore the island properly. Already my second stay in El Jaguar
