Located within a few steps of Pacifico Beach and 11 km of Magpupungko Rock Pools, Katre Siargao - SELF CHECK-IN Budget Hostel provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in San Isidro.... clean and comfortable. everything you need and want from a hostel. there aren’t many options like this one in the northern part of the island so this hostel literally saved us after a terrible home stay

Located in General Luna and with General Luna Beach reachable within a few steps, El Lobo Hostel provides a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. El Lobo is a family run hostel in the centre of General Luna, making it the perfect location. From the second we arrived at the hostel we were welcomed in to the family with tea and coffee, home cooked meals, delicious pastries for breakfast and recommendations on how to make the most of our trip to Siargao! I couldn’t recommend this hostel enough, we felt so welcomed and the hostel was very tidy. Such a lovely family/Hosts and if I was to return to Siargo, I would 100% stay at El Lobo.

Set in Catangnan, Casavia Siargao has a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The perfect balance of social and chill, the beds have so much privacy and loved the shelves inside the curtains. I don’t usually stay in hostels anymore, but ended up extending 5 times, and will back back! Carlos makes this place, he’s amazing at his job and makes you feel so welcome :)

What I love most about this place is how homey it feels. As a solo traveler, it’s easy to meet people here, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Even though I was initially shy, others were quick to reach out. They also have a group chat where you can connect and ask questions, plus they organize potlucks and family dinners every so often. The people are friendly, making it an ideal spot for a solo traveler like me.

Located in General Luna, 1.2 km from General Luna Beach, Vedya Boutique Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Loved loved loved my stay at Vedya! Booked 2 nights unaware that their restaurant is fully vegan and almost cried tears of joy :‘) Looking at previous reviews, this place only seems to attract the right crowd! I travelled solo but made friends on my first day and we had beers and a bonfire in the evening, went island hopping, surfing and partying together even after I left to stay at another hostel. Special shoutout to Bea for her hospitality and Jaja for being the best barista there is! Can‘t wait to come back already!

Set in General Luna, a few steps from General Luna Beach, Happiness Hostel Siargao has a number of amenities including a garden, a shared lounge and a bar. One of the most beautiful hostels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom facilities were some of the best I had anywhere in the Philippines. The dorms close with a sliding door making it feel very private. Everything was clean. In the evening there were fun events. The staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. Can definitely recommend this hostel!

Featuring a garden, terrace and free WiFi, Soffta Surf Ranch is located in General Luna, 100 metres from General Luna Beach and 1.2 km from Guyam Island. Amazing atmosphere and a really nice place to chill out! The location is perfect and the people are all so friendly and helpful! A really cool place that I can highly recommend!
