Usually pilgrims choose Albergaria a Velha, 5-6km less than here. But I recommend you to spend your 5-6km and stay here. Everything is great here. Whole place is very well equipped with eco-friendly materials or non-disposable items. Room is cozy and I never used this size of bunker bed before. It’s big enough for taking a good sleep. And shower is amazing too. You can’t find anywhere with this price/quality but here. And the pilgrim stamp is one of a kind here. The most unique stamp I’ve ever seen. Dinner was optional with additional charge/(drinks incl.), and it worth. I really enjoyed it and it’s a bummer that I can’t eat too much usually. Host family is very friendly, even the big doggy Felix too. Laundry service is available (extra cost)

I can recommend. Great location - 1 minute to Ocean, very good sand beach. Very friendly staff (no, VERY friendly!). Good and not so expensive cafeteria at hotel and many restaurants around. Clean room, fresh renovation. Very good for people that focus on a healthy lifestyle: good menu, small kitchen for your own food, yoga lessons, bicycles for rent and ocean...It was a good time, thank you very much.

Dette vandrerhjemmet ligger rett over gaten fra Supertubos-stranden, i et av de beste surfestedene i Portugal. The hostel is just by the beach and has everything you need. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to surf/store kit and felt very secure. We were there just before the end of the season so felt quite quiet but it’s clear there is much more going on in the area during Summer. Lots of surf options nearby and the owner has plenty of helpful advice if needed.

Set in Leiria and with Our Lady of Fatima Basilica reachable within 25 km, FOREST VILLAS - GUEST HOUSE offers a terrace, allergy-free rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The location is not too far from the center (although it is on the other side of town of the castle). The staff was nice and helpful. The facilities were also pretty good. We received complementary water bottles and chocolates when checking in. The included breakfast was good, with fruit, bread, juice, and coffee. The WiFi was also pretty decent.

Situated in Corujeira, 35 km from University of Aveiro, Greenside of Sea Hostel features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Lovely home and hostess. Very clean and quiet. I would be glad to go there again.
