I came during wartime so everything was a little different to usual - usually I rate a hostel based on atmosphere but for obvious reasons this time it was empty. But Onha and Andrey were very kind and accommodated me brilliantly despite the language barrier.

Despite there being no electricity because of Russian bombing, the staff welcomed me and made me feel at home. The hostel is below ground level so safer if there is an attack. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and prepared for guests even though there were only 3 staying at the time. Hopefully if there are better days in Odesa's future, it will be full of travelers again

The reason why I chose this hostel is high ceiling and bigger room compared to other hostels in similar range. I slept well 😴 and oksigen was enough, which is problem in smaller rooms filled with bunk beds. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and big enough. Located in the center.
