Located by Dubai Creek, Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights offers modern accommodations with sleek interiors. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour gym, a luxurious spa and a kids’ club. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The hotel is 10 minutes away by car from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Each guestroom overlooks Dubai Creek or the city skyline and provides individually-controlled air conditioning and coffee/tea making facilities. All rooms feature a walk-in rain shower, separate bathtub and complimentary toiletries and bedroom slippers. A safety deposit box is also available in the room. Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights showcases a wide range of dining and nightlife options. The hotel is home to market24, a gourmet cafe offering coffee, pastries, western specialties and Asian comfort food. Please note that the same credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in.
Please Note: Guests at this location are considered children between the ages of 0 to 12.
Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and will be subject to adult pricing.
A compulsory charge of AED 1,400 per adult and AED 700 per child (6 - 12 years) applies to all bookings staying over 31st December. This charge includes a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and access to the lobby festivities.
The hotel requires a 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire stay (including the gala dinner charges); this deposit shall be collected 30 days prior to the arrival date. In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of the stay plus taxes.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply, and a damage deposit of AED 200 is required.
