We are a couple who decided to invest in the beautiful city of Vlora.

The location is ideal for those who like active lifestyle. A pine forest is just a minute away from the building. A new bike lane passes behind the building, stretching along the entire beach promenade for 10 km. You can get a bike at the rental shops in the city center, and “sunset rides” are very popular among the visitors. If you rent a scooter or have your own car, you can park them at our free underground parking. The city of Vlora is known for its traditional tiny coffee shops, and we have one right on the ground floor of our building! A new restaurant with traditional and modern Albanian cuisine and a bar is just 2 min walk from the building. A small store carrying basic groceries and household items is right across the road. This apartment is located in the new building that was just completed, and the entire location is a new development area. For immersing yourself in a vibrant city life, shopping, restaurants and ice-cream cafe, you can get to the city center by car (3 min drive), or walk (15 min), or by bus (5 min ride). A bus comes every 15 min and the bus stop is right across the road behind the building.
