ARTIST’S APARTMENT
Charming apartment with balcony in center of Vlora for 4 to 6 people. Ideal for couples, families, friends or business travelers.
- ACCOMMODATION -
Bright, spacious and fully equipped the apartment has an area of 108 sqm, for 6 people maximum.
It is a friendly and brand new apartment located in city center, minutes walk to the seaside.
For your convenience, the following amenities are at your disposal:
● Living room: sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, dining table for 6 people, direct access to the balcony.
● Kitchen: meal counter, fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils.
● 1st bedroom: queen size bed, storage cupboards, balcony access.
● 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds bedside table, wardrobe with hangers, balcony access.
● Bathrooms (2): shower cubicle, sink, mirror, toilet, bidet.
Outside:
● Three balconies.
Plus: fan, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.
Included: hotel quality linen and towels.
I'm an artist who was born in Vlora and living in Holland. It is inspiring to me as an artist to travel and above all to live a part of the year in Holland and a part in Vlora. Very near of the Artist s apartment where you will stay, is located my art atelier where I paint and draw. You are also welcome to visit my atelier. I like to accommodate different travelers who want to visit Vlora in Artist's Apartment.
- GUEST ACCESS –
The accommodation is on the 2d floor. You will be given one set of keys on your arrival.
IMPORTANT: housing is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
IMPORTANT: check in is between 3pm and 9pm, check out is by 11am latest.
On arrival you will be welcomed by Arben, who will be dedicated in providing you with a high-quality service and make your stay with us pleasant and relaxing. We will assist with ensuring you have the keys to the apartment, and any further assistance in case of need.
- NEIGHBORHOOD –
The apartment is in a lively neighborhood where life is good, close to bars, cafes, supermarkets and minutes to the charming Lungomare.
You will be at:
• Rruga Cajupi 2, Ndertesa 2, Hyrja 29, Ap.9 Vlore 9401 Albania.
• Lungomare promenade - 10 min walk.
• Sheshi i Flamurit (old part of Vlora) - 15 min walk.
• Beautiful Riviera of Uji i Ftohte - 20 min by car or bus.
Recommended restaurants: Pizzeri Amantia (only 2 minutes walk from the apartment)

• You have the option of public transportation. Bus station is 3 min walk from the apartment.
