Ich mag es verlässlicher Partner zu sein. Die beste Zeit im Jahr - der Urlaub soll unvergesslich und ohne ein Makel in Erinnerung bleiben. Damit das auch wirklich klappt, habe ich einen nicht weniger verlässlichen Partner, der uneingeschränkte Qualität genauso wertschätzt wie ich. The charming apartment for 4-6 persons, established end of 2015 in the traditional environment Bürserberg, Brandnertal, offers a cosy and elegant flair and high-standard equipment. Highlights are the chimney (firewood free of charge), the spacious balcony and terrace (south side) with unobstructed mountain view as well as the modern-traditional accents. A homely chimney, wooden wall elements with background lighting as well as the environmentally sustainable architecture(wood and furniture by regional carpenter)ensure a feel-good home atmosphere. The high-quality equipped apartment (81 qm) possesses a large living room with oak wideplanks, Bose Surround system and a modern kitchen unit with natural stone slabs. A double-sofa bed as well as the 2 sleeping rooms (double beds) guarantee sleeping possibilities for up to 6 persons. All 3 rooms have flatscreen-TV. The large balcony (south-side) as well as the spacious terrace invite you to enjoy the sun with a free mountain view until late afternoon. There are two bathrooms: one with toilet, rain shower and hair dryer, the other one with toilet, shower, and washer-dryer.

WINTER: 64km Skiarea Brandnertal: Only 10 minutes walk away from the lift in Bürserberg and 5 minutes walk away from the bus (to gondola in Brand) is our apartment ideal for families and groups of 2-6 persons who loves hiking, mountain-biking or just relaxing in a wonderful mountain area. Skitours, toboggan, husky tours, winter hiking… just to name a few examples. Also, the big destinations, such as St. Anton, Lech am Arlberg as well as the Bodensee region and the famous city Bregenz are within easy reach (around 30 minutes by car). Our appartement is a perfect starting point for holidays with recreation, rest, as well as sports and leisure possibilities. SUMMER: Near the lift in Bürserberg and 5 minutes walk away from the bus (to gondola in Brand) is our apartment ideal for families and groups of 2-6 persons who loves hiking, mountain-biking or just relaxing in a wonderful mountain area. The summer period attracts with 400 km hiking trails, climbing park, climbing crag, 110 km mountainbike trails, golf, tennis, horseback riding, archery parcours, a little swimming lake with beach-volleyball and much more.
