This stylish 3 room apartment with 72m² of living space was specially rebuilt for people who are looking for something special on their trip, furnished with great attention to detail and equipped with a lot of extras. The 360 ​​degree view from the roof terrace over Graz, as well as the Schlossberg view from every room of the apartment, complete this offer. This completely refurbished and renovated apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, an open living and dining room and a newly renovated toilet and bathroom. With great attention to detail, a small feel-good apartment was created that leaves nothing to be desired. Full-surface infrared underfloor heating for winter and inverter air conditioning for summer also enable a perfect room climate at any time of the day or night. A special highlight is the Schlossberg view from the apartment, as well as the 360-degree view from the roof terrace on the 8th floor of the house over the whole of Graz. Parking is available in the inner courtyard of the house, which is blocked by a barrier.
