Dear guests, please note the following details & house rules: City View Room car space is suited for small to medium cars only. Street parking is available in the streets surrounding the property. Free street parking is available on Lindus Street behind the apartments. *House Rules* PRIORITY - RESPECT OTHER RESIDENTS - Do not speak to any other residents at any time. - Do not knock on their doors. - Do not ask them for directions. - Be quiet when coming and going and do not slam doors. If you need assistance during your stay, read your welcome letter or contact your host. PRIORITY - NOISE There is to be strictly no noise between 10 pm and 9 am and minimal noise at all other times. CHILDREN The safety of children and responsibility of care to the furnishings and property itself during your stay falls 100% with the person responsible for making the booking. The property will include items including but not limited to electrical outlets, power leads, large wall lent mirrors, expensive decorations and furniture, cleaning chemicals, bug sprays, balcony’s and balcony furniture/ hammocks. Children must be under constant supervision and considerable care will be expected of supervising adults in ensuring the property is kept as found when leased. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES - No smoking - Please return the apartment to a clean state, taking out rubbish, washing dishes & wiping surfaces. For best hygeine, only dishes that have been through the dishwasher may return to the cupboards. - Please respect neighbours and park only in the reserved space. - If sofa bed is used, please leave out for cleaning. - Common spaces are for residents only, not guests. - No unlisted guests are to be in the property after 10 pm. - No parties or events can be held in the unit. - PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW YOUR WELCOME LETTER UPON ARRIVAL. Failure to follow above house rules will result in eviction without refund and possible loss of bond.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR STAY: - "Harbour Towers" offers elite apartment stays across four apartment towers within the same vicinity. - Bedding, towels & advertised consumables (approx. 7 days worth) are provided. Servicing and consumable replenishment is not available, allowing significant discounts to multiple night reservations. A midweek clean can be organised on request for long stays at cost price. - If booking multiple apartments for your stay, these will still be in separate towers with separate entrances. - Clear & easy check-in information will be sent on the morning of your arrival via your booking .com (or affiliated re-seller) inbox. These instructions will include your exact check-in entrance address & helpful images. - Garage height limit depends on apartment booked. Harbour View Superior Apartment: 2.03 metres. For all other apartments: 2.2 metres. - Air-conditioning, all apartments have air-conditioning, only the Harbour View Deluxe and Harbour View Superior apartments have air-conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living area. A refundable bond is held prior to your check-in via Stripe Payments. The bond will be released following check-out if all house rules are followed, the property has been respected & returned tidy as found, the kitchen and its appliances have been returned clean as found and no items are missing or damaged.
