Impormasyon ng accommodation

This sunny and bright apartment is fully renovated. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious living-room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with step-in shower, WC and a terrace. A washing machine, ironing facilities and a dishwasher make them suitable for longer stays. Bed linen and towels as well as essentials are included. Superfast and reliable Wi-Fi (100 Mbps). Outside, furniture makes the morning coffee on the balcony a must, enjoying a nice view over Vitosha mountain. Fast and contactless check-in and check-out, as keys are in a lock box. Located just 1 metro station from Business Park Sofia - our metro station is Akademik Aleksandar Teodorov-Balan. Parking is free on the street. Close by there are hypermarkets HIT, Billa, Kaufland, shops, laundry, courier service, pharmacy,coffee shop, restaurants, bus and metro station and a nice park called "100 Years Sofia". Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for disabled people, as there are 10 steps to climb up on the 8th floor to reach the entrance door. Also, inside the apartment we do not have the appropriate facilities. Please, note that when booked for 1 or 2 persons - only one of the bedrooms will be prepared unless prior request is sent from the guest to prepare both bedrooms each for 1 guest. When booked for 3 or 4 persons with the relevant price, both bedrooms will be accessible.
