This listing is located in the neighborhood of Ville-Émard (South-west part of Montreal Island). It closes to Metro station, grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, bank(ATMs and branch), convenience store, restaurants and commercial center. It is a good choice for new arrivals, tourists and business travellers. ATTENTION: We are not responsible for any parking ticket in case it happens. The space This is a private room in a shared apartment. The bathroom and kitchen are both shared. Guests can cook their own meals in the kitchen if they like. We provide basic cooking utensil, but salt, pepper and oil aren't provided. The washer and dryer are also available in the apartment, but laundry detergent isn't included. Free street parking is available all the time. It follows first-come-first-serve rules and also with certain regulations and restrictions. Walking 15 minutes to: Angrignon Park Public transportation: - about 5 minute to Metro/Subway Station Monk(green line) or 10 minutes to Metro Station Angrignon and bus terminus -about 20 minutes to downtown Montreal by Metro and 22 minutes to the core of downtown Montreal by Metro.
