This is a 100 year-old building in the center of island of Montreal, the apartment being renovated in spring 2020 and getting lots of improvements every now and then. Here you will not need a suitcase scale, plug adapters, blankets, towels or soap ;) Every room has private keys, powerful wifi internet, door lock with keys, warm blankets and seat covers made of sheepskin and heater in winter and wonderful (counterclockwise) ceiling fan, lots of space for luggage in the cabinets... and good common habits in the house, like "leaving the space cleaner than it was when you entered" for bathroom, kitchen and living room. As a plus, the property is also cleaned professionally at least 2 times a week in common areas. Please keep everything tidy, the communication flowing to reach your needs better: your contribution is important to run the house for you and all other guests Please notice that some services are not included in the price, like late check-in (from 11pm-1am), late check-out (upon availability confirmation 24h in advance) and washer+dryer+detergent (property managed), longer than 7-day stays have an extra fee to clean your room and change towels and sheets.

This area is to discover, wherever you can reach in a walking distance, it's assured enjoyment, mostly under the sun ;) You'll find the very lively Little Italy, the largest market in town called Jean Talon, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and a huge commercial area in St. Hubert Plaza.
