Spacious central gem with large private balcony: This luxurious gem of a modern yet cozy 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment awaits you in the middle of Grindelwald village. Entering the apartment, stepping onto the heated wooden floors, you immediately get the unique and high-quality feel of the unit. The main room with its open floor plan includes kitchen, dining area and living room. Floor to ceiling windows flood everything with light and allow for stunning views. From all areas you can step out on the huge balcony and enjoy unobstructed panoramic views. The modern built-in kitchen with granite counters, cooking island and lots of cabinet space offers all the amenities you wish for, including ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, steam oven, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer unit. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size double bed and a luxurious stone-tiled en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and a towel warmer. French doors open from the master bedroom to the balcony where there is outside seating and a table to enjoy your meals at. The second bedroom has two single European beds and offers views to the surrounding mountains. The second bathroom is also stone-tiled, with a big shower.

Neighbourhood information

You cannot top the location of Bernstein. The gondola to the “First” ski area is almost next-door. A wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment places are all within just a short walking distance, as are the main square, the sports center or the village’s train station. The unit comes with private underground parking. You enter the structure directly from the village main road and have direct access to Chalet Bernstein through the elevators or stairs. Your skis, boots or other sporting gear can be stored and locked away in the extra storage room, which is conveniently located next to the house entrance.
