There is no reception at the property. Guests are required to provide a copy of their ID card or passport in our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after reservation is made. The access code to apartment will be provided on the day of arrival once all required documentation has been submitted. Please note that the pictures are only representative and show examples of room categories. Please note there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Apartment use and commercial ban: Any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes is strictly prohibited. In case of a proven violation of this rule, VISIONAPARTMENTS will take the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, as well as to demand the immediate departure of the guests. We kindly inform you that the SPA is managed by an external company. Please be informed that our signature items (e.g. toiletries) are arrival amenities only, which means that they will not be replaced. When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit applies.
