The neighborhood is located steps from the Municipal Theater, Plaza Sucre and Quinta Vergara. You will also find a pedestrian promenade with many typical restaurants, craft fair, commercial stores and, in addition, Valparaíso Street, main artery of Viña del Mar, is just steps away. Spas, Flower Clock, Casino, Wulff Castle, San Martin Ave. and Av. Peru, among others, are approximately 1.3 km away (15 minutes walking) and very close to locomotion. This has three pedestrian accesses (no vehicular entrance), so passengers must walk approximately 100 meters.
