Comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi is offered at Almasur Punta Arenas. It is situated in Punta Arenas, the world´s most southern city, and 2 blocks from the main square. Almasur Punta Arenas its architecture is inspired by traditions and history of Magallanes Province. The comfortable heated rooms are spacious and equipped with cable TV and a minibar. Some rooms feature a private spa bath. Guests are invited to an extensive buffet breakfast with breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. During the evening national and international dishes are served, accompanied with fine Chilean wines. Almasur Punta Arenas Hotel is located 22 km from Airport Presidente Carlos Ibañez del Campo. Free private parking is available when arriving by car at the hotel. Smoking is not allowed in the entire property. NOTE: The gym at the hotel will be closed for remodeling from September 26th, 2024 until October 28th.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
We are currently undergoing maintenance work on our rooms and remodeling on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the classic sector until June 13. We are looking for improvements for a better experience.
Please notice that group reservations from three rooms will be charged with the full amount of rate maximun 24 hrs after confirm reservation. This run for standard and non-refundable rates.
