Access to our reception, rooms, and common areas is only possible via stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Reception Hours: 07:30 - 23:30.
Check-In Hours: 15:00 - 22:00. All requests for arrivals outside check-in hours must be pre-arranged with our staff at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for a check-in after 23:00.
City Tax: Guests 18 years or older must pay a city tax of 50 CZK/night upon arrival.
Key Deposit: A refundable key security deposit of 200 CZK or 10 EUR (cash only) is required at check-in for each set of keys.
Group Reservations: For groups of 8 or more, a deposit of 400 CZK or 20 EUR per person is required (cash only). This deposit ensures adherence to house rules and covers potential damages. It is refundable upon check-out after a room inspection.
Minors: Guests under 18 are not allowed in dorm rooms. Written parental consent is required for those under 18, who may only stay in private rooms. A parental permission form can be found on our website.
No-Show Policy: The full amount of the reservation, plus applicable taxes, will be charged in case of a no-show.
Accessibility: Our reception, rooms, and common areas are only accessible via stairs; no elevator is available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Conduct Policy: The hostel reserves the right to deny admission to anyone acting aggressively, intoxicated, under the influence of narcotics, or posing a threat to staff and guests.
