This spacious apartment is located in Deggendorf Bavaria, Germany. There are three bedrooms that offer a place to sleep 5 people. It is the perfect accommodation for a family holiday. The apartment is very centrally located. There is a private garden where you can relax while basking in the sun. Only 300 m from the house is the starting point for a bike ride to Regensburg, Passau and Austria. Kilometers of hiking trails lead through the region and in the winter there are several possibilities for skiing and cross country skiing. You can also make trips to the Wildlife Buchet. The center with supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment venues are less than 2 km from the apartment. The cozy apartment has everything you need. You have your own garden with patio and garden furniture where you can barbecue in the summer. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub.
