Our recently furnished penthouse apartment awaits you with a fresh, modern, and sustainable design. Start your day with a delicious Fairtrade coffee or tea and enjoy the apartment's great amenities: In the bedroom, a 1.80m wide super-comfortable king-size box-spring bed awaits you, with plenty of pillows in different sizes, a cozy reading corner, and a desk if you want to work. Of course, you have USB ports for your cell phone charging cable right by the bed and at the desk. A comfortable sofa in the open-plan living area can also be used as an additional bed for the 3rd and 4th person. You can watch Amazon Prime Video or TV for free on the 55" Smart TV or log in to one of the many other streaming services with your account. Reading material and a selection of board games are also on site. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook or enjoy coffee at the cozy coffee bar. The dining table comfortably seats four people. You will also find everything you need in the bathroom. In addition to shampoo, shower gel, etc., you will also find a washer-dryer and washing powder. Of course, we also provide fresh towels. The shower has a low tub with a 3.5 cm step and can also be used by people with physical disabilities. Please also let us know if you need a baby chair, an extra bed, or anything else for your child. Another highlight is the large penthouse terrace. A comfortable seating area and a swinging bench await you here. Access to the terrace is the only one that is not barrier-free.

You live in a new-build apartment building in the Limburg Süd industrial estate. L'Osteria, Subway, McDonalds, KFC, bakery and fitness studio are all within walking distance. Grocery stores can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The river Lahn can be reached on foot in about 30 to 45 minutes and by car within 5 minutes. The old town can be reached by bus within 10 minutes, also by car. You can park in one of the parking garages that charge a fee. You have a free parking space in the courtyard or the underground garage (max. height of the car 1.5m). The ICE train station is just a 1-minute walk away and has bus connections. Line 5 takes you to Limburg central station in 10 minutes, where you are also right on the edge of Limburg's beautiful old town. The slip road to the A3 is in the immediate vicinity, as is a petrol station, hydrogen filling station, and electric fast-charging stations.
