In order to improve our facilities, please take note that our spa will be closed from 18th July until 8th August inclusive. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Please note the following opening hours for:
- SPA: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 - 20:00h and Sunday and Monday 10:00 - 14:00h

Access to the spa and fitness area is restricted to guests aged over 16.
Please note that it is not allowed to access Doña Lola Restaurant shoeless and shirtless. Neither the access to the restaurant in the outdoor area (beach club) or the Beatriz Terrace without a shirt is allowed.
Please note that air conditioning and heating in rooms are not individually controlled.
The published half-board and full-board rates for stays on the 24 and 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on those evenings.
The Gala Dinner Package for the 31 December starts at 20:00 and includes:
