Le DUPLEX L'Olivier indépendant, une petite maison mitoyenne, prévue pour 1 à 4 pers + 1 enfant. 1 chambre - lit 160, 1 chambre - 2 lits 90, + 1 lit 90 sur palier coin nuit + 1 lit bb à disposition), salon, 1 canapé, cuisine américaine, douche, WC. Le logement est situé sur les Hauteurs de BALMA, attenant à la Maison Principale. Vous aurez une Entrée Privée (façade arrière de la Villa et un Jardin Privatif, pergola, salon de jardin, 1 place de parking avec vidéo surveillance). Vous serez au calme, (avec télévision et accès wifi Freebox ) tout près d'un Parcours de Santé et pourrez vous rendre au Centre Ville de TOULOUSE "La Ville Rose" qui est à 2 pas, par le métro, bus ou voiture. L'accès de la rocade est à proximité, (Sorties 15 ou 16).
