This residence offers apartments spread over 2 buildings. Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Eos is located only 500 metres from shops and restaurants of Flaine Forest. It features an outdoor heated swimming pool. The uniquely designed apartments feature a well-equipped kitchenette, satellite TV and free WiFi internet access. Admire the view from your own balcony or terrace, or from the large bay windows that welcome the sunlight and overlook the magnificent surrounding landscape. Guests can enjoy customised massages, facial treatments and exfoliation treatments at the Deep Nature Spa, for an extra fee. During winter, there is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and the bread and pastry delivery service allows you to order your in–room breakfast the night before. After lunch, guests can enjoy board games, books and borrow a portable PlayStation. Upon prior reservation and depending on the date of the stay, guests can benefit from reduced rates for ski passes and equipment rental. Enjoy direct access to the Flaine and Grand Massif slopes as it is a ski in/out residence. Other facilities include a hot tub, a Turkish bath and a fitness area. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.
Price includes: Bed linen, towels, household linen, a cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), Hammam and/or Sauna. Beds made upon arrival.
Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time-frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
Activities are subject to availability.
Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
Please note that the charges for pets are:
- EUR 15 per night
- EUR 100 per week
- EUR 200 for all stay of 14 or more

The SPAR supermarket at the foot of the residence will not open this summer. Another mini-market is located 1.2km from the residence.
The kids club won't be available as from the next 2025 winter season
