## The space AN APARTMENT WITH A SOUL classified 3 stars+ by Charentes tourism. Very different from the sad apartments that you will often find in La Rochelle with the only purpose of rental return, our Triplex completely redone (bathroom and balneotherapy completely redone in 2022), has all the necessary equipment and a careful decoration so that you spend a pleasant stay. You will be able to enjoy our board games, our children's games, all our appliances: raclette, fondue, plancha, outdoor living room ... When you stay in our Triplex "LA ROCHELLE ROYALE", you will be truly on vacation, everything is thought for your well being and your comfort: - A bottle of champagne will be offered to you that you will be able to savor peacefully in the balneotherapy - The beds will be made at your arrival. - The housework will be done for you when you leave. - Linen and toiletries will be at your disposal. - The first necessity products: coffee, towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper ... are also provided. - A luggage storage service is available to leave your luggage before or after your arrival. PRESENTATION OF THE APARTMENT : We are very lucky to have an EXCEPTIONAL covered TERRACE of about 10m², in the heart of the center of La Rochelle. Fully equipped with its plancha corner and its dining area that can accommodate 6 guests. A true happiness during all the seasons. This triplex (apartment on 3 levels) is located on the top floor of a very small and VERY QUIET condominium of 2 apartments (the other apartment belongs to a resident owner). Our apartment is atypical and full of charm (we had a big blow of heart for its parquet floor, its beams...). ## The neighborhood Our apartment is located on Gambetta street, only 300m from the market place, in the liveliest area of La Rochelle, but also very quiet at night (no bars nearby).
