## The space Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Rooftop". Renovated and decorated with care, it can accommodate up to 2 people. It is composed as follows: - A beautiful living/dining room equipped with direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the Normandy sunshine. - A lovely kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals with family or friends. - A bedroom equipped with a quality Queen size bed (160x200cm). - 1 shower room with bathtub. Separate toilet. Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine. During the summer season between June and September (dates subject to change according to the condominium), you can access the shared pool of the residence. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation.
