On the ground floor of a chalet, independent studio (classified 4 Paradiski crystals) with entrance hall (solarium dining area with magnificent view of Les Arcs, La Plagne, La Rosière). At your disposal: a kitchenette (fridge-hob-oven-extractor hood...), a bathroom (shower-sink-wc) and linen provided. The parking space is at the side of the road, access to the chalet has stairs, unfortunately it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. 10 minutes walk from the center and 1.5 km from the funicular included in the Les Arcs package. Calm, sun and breathtaking view facing south with a panorama of more than 180° from east to west. In this small accommodation, you will find all the comfort and basic equipment necessary for a pleasant stay. During school holidays or periods of high demand, we preferably rent by the week with arrivals on Saturday or Sunday. No cleaning fees, this is to be done by the tenants Arrivals and departures are based on previous travelers.
My husband and I are in principle always present and available when welcoming our guests to help and advise them during their stay. You will find tea - salt - sugar - oil - vinegar etc. Our presence upstairs can help out if necessary or forgotten..
Tranquility in the middle of nature and animals. Numerous hikes - walks departing from the chalet. We are used to (depending on our availability) picking up our guests at the station and accompanying them upon departure. Taxis are available at train arrivals, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the chalet
