Rent beautiful family house with its garden in Pen Ar Guer, a hamlet located in a small dead end which assures you peace and rest. (Municipality of Crozon-Mogat) You can take advantage of an exterior of approximately 700m² and benefit from a sunny garden all afternoon, garden furniture with deckchairs, a table for 10 people and a barbecue. Our house includes on the ground floor an open and equipped kitchen of approximately 60m² with a wood stove, sofa. Also on the ground floor, two bedrooms with 140 bed, a bathroom with bath-shower, WC and a saddler with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a bedroom (140 bed), a large bedroom (160 bed) and its relaxation-reading area, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. The house is equipped with satellite TV (French and German channels), CD-DVD player, DVD, books, board games, garden and beach games. You can park 2-3 cars in the driveway depending on the size of your vehicles. ATTENTION, it is impossible to park in the village. You will have to park at the entrance if you have more than 3 cars.
