HEATED POOL (May-October) ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Provencal style villa with a private & heated swimming pool and with 4 en-suite bedrooms. Well located in a quiet and private residential area not far from five star hotel with a Michelin restaurant. You will be overlooking the Bay of Saint Tropez with a fantastic panorama view of vineyards and coastline. Living space of approx. 250 m² was recently completely renovated and refurbished. Covered parking for 2 cars. Fully furnished and fully equipped with sat TV, Wifi, laundry, etc. The location of the villa is in close distance to the Polo club de Saint Tropez. You will be able to see the polo playground from the swimming pool area.
ABOUT THE HOST: Hi, my name is Jan. I live with my wife and our three children between Saint Tropez and Prague. Our villa in Saint Tropez is one of my early projects. Purchased in 2006 from a French movie actress the villa was completely rebuilt and refurbished while the Provencal style was kept. I hope you will be captivated by the breathtaking views. It will be pleasure to welcome you and your family or friends to this unique place in south of France. :-)
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: One of few villas around that can offer such a magnificent view. It stretches from the Gassin's vineyards alongside the coastline up to the lighthouses in Cannes. The house enjoys an elevated position on top of the Bertaud hill with south sun during the day and sun set view over the Massif des Mauers mountains in the evening. This villa used to be occupied by one of the greatest figures of cinema and saw some mythical personalities. It was also owned by the French world-famous sailor and his wife French well known actress. 4 en-suite bedrooms, all equipped with an A/C unit, a private bathroom and private entrance. For the exact bedrooms layout please see the picture attached. Fibre internet connection inside & outside throughout the whole villa. Netflix TVs in all 4 bedrooms available. Heated pool. Heating period from May till October. Harras polo club de Saint Tropez in close vicinity. Polo playgrounds visible from the swimming pool area and easy to reach despite summer traffic congestions.
