This Victorian building is on the A8 into the city centre, 500 metres from Edinburgh Haymarket Rail Station. It offers free parking, free Wi-Fi and traditionally decorated rooms. The Ashgrove House is on one of the main routes into Edinburgh city centre and is 1.6 km from Princes Street. There are regular buses to Edinburgh Airport, the city centre and Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art and Murrayfield Stadium are 1 km away. Ashgrove House was originally built in 1868 and is now a family-run guest house. The rooms have traditional furnishings, TVs, telephones, hairdryers and tea/coffee. A full cooked Scottish breakfast is available each morning.
