Property information

A 3 bedroom house, with a garden and parking for 3 cars. Located close to vibrant Westbourne and only a 20 minute stroll to the beautiful Alum Chine beach. With 3 spacious double bedrooms you can comfortably sleep 7. Redecorated in 2023 with a new kitchen, en suite and cloakroom. New furnishing and flooring throughout. The bathroom was renovated in January 2024. The spacious lounge is the heart of the home with a 55" Sony 4K smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+ and Freesat, with all the catch up channels for a wealth of live and on demand content. Relax within the comfy seating, grab a book, or play a board game, whatever takes your fancy. Just off the lounge, the dining room is a comfortable space which opens on to the garden with enough space for seven people. The kitchen is completely new with everything your culinary needs. Located on the first floor, the master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with ample storage. The en suite is easily accessible with a shower, toilet and sink. Also on the first floor is the second bedroom which can accommodate up to three people with a triple bunk bed (a double bed with a single above). On the second floor is the 3rd bedroom with a double bed. The wardrobe has plenty of space for all your clothes and is home to a large selection of board games and books for your pleasure. This room also has a desk with chair. The main bathroom is also on the second floor. It has a bath with shower, toilet and large sink. The enclosed garden has a table, seating, sun loungers and a parasol with night lighting. There is parking to the front of the property and a further two off street parking spaces to the rear which can be accessed through the garden.

Neighbourhood information

Relatively quiet street but very close to Westbourne. Easy access to the beach. A 20 minute stroll. Step free access. At the bottom of our street (RL Steven Avenue) is Skerryvore, this used to be the location of the house owned by Robert Louis Stevenson. Here he wrote The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde and Kidnapped. The inspiration for our name!
