The property is currently refurbishing it's bedrooms and corridors with completion being the end of 2024. Work will be completed on a floor-by-floor basis so it still business as usual. We look forward to revealing our new product as we roll through the programme.

Limited hotel car parking available at Britannia Car Park, Holliday Street, B1 1HH. The charge is GBP 21 per 24 hours, payable at the hotel reception.

Alternative parking available at Q-Park Mailbox, Royal Mail Street, B1 1RD situated within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Breakfast Inclusive Rates - Children up to the age of 12 are entitled to free breakfast when sharing a room with a minimum of one paying adult. From 13 years upwards a £16.95 charge per child per day applies and payment to be made at the hotel on arrival.
