All rooms are en-suite, the double and single rooms have magnificent sea views. The twin rooms unfortunately are not a sea view. The hotel is spread over 3 floors. It has no lift. The Leeway Guest House offers an ideal base to enjoy Scarborough and all its facilities, or to explore North Yorkshire. Located overlooking the North Bay, we are within walking distance of the Sea Life Centre, Miniature Railway, the working Harbour, Scarborough Castle, Peasholm Park, Scarborough Cricket Ground, the Indoor Bowls Centre and the Open Air Theatre.
