Situated in Turriff, in a historic building, 22 km from Huntly Castle, Netherdale House & The Coach House is a guest house with a garden and barbecue facilities. Faye and Louise, along with their two children bought Netherdale House in the summer of 2016, and set about transforming the mansion into a comfortable family home in East wing and service quarters of the house, whilst creating luxurious guest en-suite bedrooms in the West wing. They have welcoming guests since 2018, and in 2019 they transformed their old barn into a fabulous venue for hosting gatherings, ceilidhs, and weddings etc. And in 2021 following a big Lock Down project opened up the Coach House to welcome guests - sleeping an additional 12 guests. Family weekend activities include walking the dogs by the river, lots of picnics and roasting marshmallows on the fire pits!

Netherdale House and its Coach House are grade B listed Georgian properties overlooking the river Deveron. The Main house was fully renovated and restored opening in 2018, in its grounds sits the Coach House renovated in 2021 to a equally high standard offering additional 6 bedrooms on the estate. Surrounded by mature woodland, it is quiet and secluded location in the heart of the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. We pride ourselves on making our guests feel at home with personal service yet offer the same standard of accommodation as a top quality hotel. With deep plush beds, fine egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels in both properties. The drawing room with dual aspect windows has working shutters and fine antiques. The Coach House a self contained property on the estate opened in 2021 provides accommodation for 12 guests, with fabulous outdoor under area with hot tub. Our 'Sitooterie' is great place for gatherings with a BBQ, undercover seating and a paddock for playing the various highland games and traditional garden games. Converted barn on site used for family gatherings, parties and weddings available for hire.
