THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ONLY A 5 MINUTE WALK FROM THE BUSY BELFAST CITY CENTRE, ALONG THE RIVER LAGAN & BELFAST HARBOUR.
THE AREA IS OF HISTORICAL INTEREST AND THE OLDEST PART OF BELFAST CITY. THERE ARE SEVERAL BARS AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. LOCALLY THERE ARE SHOPS CINEMA & FAST FOOD OUTLETS. THERE IS FREE ON STREET PARKING ON THE PRIVATE STREET
THE LOCAL AREA IS PART OF THE OLDEST AREA OF BELFAST CITY GOING BACK OVER 450 YEARS. THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL 5 MINUTE WALK ALONG THE RIVER INTO THE CITY OR TO THE SSE ARENA & BELFAST WATERFRONT HALL.
