I own and manage three short term let properties in the local area. All of my properties are maintained and cleaned to a super high standard. All of the cleaning and property maintenenace is undertaken by a trusted team of professionals and managed by myself - there are no agencies involved in the running of the properties I own. Looks can be deceptive. This unassuming end terrace is so much larger on the inside than it appears from the outside. The property has recently undergone a full interior renovation with new flooring throughout, a brand new kitchen and also a brand new bathroom. The property offers a spacious living room, with a very comfortable, white leather corner sofa and modern soft furnishings. The lounge is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the local attractions or simply unwinding with a good book or a game of cards with loved ones. The kitchen is spacious and modern and is fully equipped with all of the amenities you need for a hassle free stay. Whether you are whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoying a leisurely dinner with family, you will find everything right at your fingertips. If you like al fresco dining then there is the ability to dine at the table outside and relax next to the beautiful olive tree which we have recently planted. The rear garden area is 'dog friendly' with a secure large perimeter fence and lockable access gate. On the first floor you will find a spacious landing leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. A large mirror dominates the landing which is great for any last minute adjustments to hair or clothing before venturing off to the many pubs and restaurants that Standish has to offer. 'Alberts' restaurant is my personal favourite! The bathroom is modern and spacious with a full bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 has two, brand new, comfortable single beds and lots of hanging and drawer space for your clothes. Bedroom 2 has a brand new double bed and is also home to the folding sofa bed. There is ample storage in the 2 large wardrobes. We supply all of the linen and towels you require based on the number of guests staying. We can facilitate early and late checkouts subject to approval.

Neighbourhood information

Standish boasts being one of the most sought after areas to live within the Wigan borough and has become a destination for for affluent families and professionals to set up home due to its amazing local schools, easy access to major road and rail networks which has in turn made the village a hive of activity with trendy bars and numerous quality and diverse eating establishments. The village is stooped in history and has a strong community feel. With a couple of large supermarkets all within walking distance of the centre, Standish really does have a lot to offer.
