Solent sea view is an old coastguard cottage situated on a beach on the Solent. There are views from the cottage across the water towards the Isle of Wight. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a large kitchen with a big table to enjoy dinners and in the front and the back gardens are tables for al fresco eating. There is a lounge with a smart tv for evenings in.Upstairs are 3 bedrooms , the main one having views across the sea. the garden is enclosed to the front.

I have lived in Hill Head for he last 16 years permanently, I grew up here and returned full time, 16 years ago with my own children. I love the view across he water, the ever changing canvas, the colours and the smell of the sea are beautiful all year round.

Locally there is the beach and a great pub , The Osborne View which is situated directly on the same beach as the cottage, Titchfield Nature reserve and its tea rooms a few minutes further along the beach. There are plenty of walks coastal and in land from the cottage, in he surrounding area there is a wealth of historic things to see and do in Hampshire.
