Stodham Studio is a ideal bolt hole for 2 set in the heart of the City opposite the City walls with the Minster just a few minutes walk away. Next door to Stodham House it is set over 2 floors as a garage conversion and comprises of separate Kitchen, shower room and a studio room with double bed, sofa, smart TV and free WiFi and small table with stools. There is also a private courtyard garden to enjoy and a free parking space available.
We are Jayne and Michelle, two sisters who have spent our lives in and around York. It is our enthusiasm for the city and all it has to offer which encouraged us to set up our holiday home letting business. We now have 4 properties to offer and can accommodate between 2 and 12 guests. We run the houses personally and ensure that they are homes we ourselves would enjoy staying in. Our properties are all older characterful buildings with lots of personality and a focus on comfort and cleanliness.

The Studio is situated just a few doors down from York St John University. Monkbar is a minutes walk away leading to the Minster just another 2 minutes walk further on together with Stonegate and the heart of the City. There are some fabulous restaurants and cafes all around and The whole of York is easily accessed.
