Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.
The cancellation deadline is 15:00 (see the 'Cancellation' section for day).
Guests booking Party Packages may experience noise at night due to loud music played at the bar.
Upon check-in you will need to provide a payment card for pre-authorisation for the room rate, plus an additional GBP 100 and a photo ID. Cash payments/deposits cannot be accepted.

While Velvet Hotel does it's best to minimize noise disruption, due to it's location in Manchester’s Gay Village, some external noise is unavoidable during busier periods (including Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings). The hotel reception can provide ear plugs on request.
Village Brasserie by Velvet is closed until Thursday 16th January 2025 for essential maintenance. Velvet Bar will also be closed on Monday and Tuesday throughout January. The hotel reception can assist with alternative food and beverage arrangements.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
