Vila Ladas is a large and very comfortable house of 220sq.m. in three levels, made of wood and stone. Level 1 spacious living room and ktichen. Every other level (2 & 3) has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Central heating in winter, 3 of the four rooms airconditioned. 3 king size beds, 1 double bed, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room, full kitchen, west and east verandas, private parking of 3 cars, and magnificent views! It is situated near the University of Patras in Rio area. Preferred by large groups, mainly companies who need a big house, and people who want to enjoy being close to the sea (7klm) , enjoying a quiet residence in the nature. Please note that there is a pet fee 10 per day.
