With its elegant design and meticulous attention to detail, this villa is a perfect blend of luxury and modern conveniences. Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright open-plan living room featuring a comfortable seating area, a well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. The villa, which consists of one floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heating, cooling and hot water with heat pumps and all the necessary amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor with large windows and plenty of natural light. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bedrooms have direct access to the patio and pool area, offering you the perfect place to soak up the sun and take a dip in the pool. The outdoor area of ​​the villa is a perfect place to rest and relax. The spacious pool area provides ample opportunity to cool off and soak up the sun while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the villa.
