The two apartments are located in a central location in Thessaloniki and within walking distance from the New Waterfront of the city, at the height of the Macedonia Palace. The route to the White Tower will be beautiful as you pass by the Royal Theater, the Zongolopoulos Umbrellas, and armored door. They have been fully renovated, as well as the entrance of the apartment building, with a new elevator, a new security door that operates with a key and tag, as well as intercoms in each apartment for additional security and a new entrance look. They are located on the second floor, fully equipped for long-term stay with a 2-meter fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, Krups espresso. Additionally, we have installed two smart TVs, LG and Samsung (free NETFLIX). Heating is provided by individual natural gas, they have hot water permanently, 12btu air conditioning, and a washing machine at your disposal. The furniture is luxurious and Greek-made, decorative elements carefully selected, while the spaces feature modern and tasteful lines. The bedrooms are spacious with a four-door wardrobe, quiet and isolated from the other areas. The large bathroom in the Blu Suite and the modern kitchen add to the luxury, while the large balcony with outdoor furniture and an awning offers the perfect atmosphere to enjoy your summer evenings with a view of a small park. Our philosophy in the renovation was to create a user-friendly, functional, and aesthetically pleasing space with modern and clean lines. Our goal is for you to have a home in our city!
