New, stylish and cozy apartment in the 11th floor of the the most modern, well-located and exclusive building in Guatemala City, in front of the International La Aurora Airport. Enjoy wonderful and impressive views of volcanoes Pacaya, Agua and Fuego from a terrace, in the comfort of a sound proof apartment. 1 free parking, 24 hours entrance, a mini supermarket and 4 restaurantes on first floor: (latino-asiatic, sea food, pizza and a coffee shop). Private taxi available to and from the airport. The building is a couple of blocks from Zone 14, Las Americas Avenue, malls, restaurants and green areas. Fully equipped, includes Cable TV, digital TV with 4,000 channels and 2,000 movies and a Dedicated Internet Access for business and entrepreneurs. 15 meters from the apartment, on the same floor 11, there is a washer, a dryer and a private gym (free use). On the first floor, there is a La Torre Express supermarket, a Smart Fit gym, 3 restaurantes, 1 coffee shop and a beauty salon, among others. AMENITIES: The apartment has access to common building amenities, such as a terrace with a grill and wonderful volcanoes and aircrafts views, fire pit areas and business center zones, among others.
