Apartment house Punta B consists of six apartments, each of which is air-conditioned. The apartments are simply equipped with basic amenities. The rental price includes satellite TV, internet, bed linen, towels and air conditioning. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The large apartment for 4-6 people is located on the 1st floor, all other, small apartments for 2 people are located on the ground floor and have a terrace. Parking is available, free of charge on the street.

The tourist zone of Mali Maj is located in the northern part of Porec, a quiet location overlooking the infinite horizon of a small infinity that calmly floats the boats into the beauty of loneliness. The detached Istrian houses are painted with beautiful sunsets disappearing on the horizon, surrounded by fragrant and lavish Mediterranean vegetation and nicely arranged gardens. The beaches of Mali Maj are proud of its pristine nature and the greenery of a pine forest stretching along the blue sea and white pebbles and romantic bays. Mali Maj area has countless good restaurants along the sea with typical Istrian dishes, shops are located close to the apartments. The city center (2500 m) can be reached by a walking path, which can be interrupted at the tourist train station. The train connects the coast from Lune Hotel to the north to the Green Lagoon resort in the south.
