Spacious 70m2 climated apartment built 2015, furnished and fully equipped in 2016 with all new!

Apartment is located on a twelfth floor overlooking the city, the whole Kastela Bay and the surrounding mountains.
Aparment is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay - high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV, radio, air-conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishes, hair dryer, iron, ironing board.
Consists of two bedrooms (one with 160/200 bed and other with two 90/200), kitchen with dining room, spacious living room with a corner sofa that can pull (for 2 more to sleep) , bathroom (towels and toilet paper are all included in the price), toilet, and loggia with outdoor furniture.
I love to travel and meet new people, collect experiences. Split and I welcome You!
Bus station is just 50 meters away and the bus runs every 15 minutes to the city center (5km away).
If you arrive by car then you are in prime location for exploring the surrounding areas since apartment is located close to major national road routes.
This is a new residential area. Market store and bakery is located just 30 meters away.
Bars, cafes, restaurants, fast food (McDonalds), pastry shop ... western union money exchange, ATMs, post office, pharmacy .... hair salon, spa, nail bar ... cageball, go-carts , Cineplexx movie theater, children's playroom. .. many shops of clothing and footwear... and all this, at 3 minutes walk from the apartment, in the biggest shopping mall in Dalmatia - City Center One. In March 2016 opened the new Mall of Split 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
