The flat have 2 separate rooms, +1 living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath, and shower, and a separated wc. Óbudai islans is nearly 10 mins by foot. Lot of shops near Lidl, Aldi, Spar, Penny, bakery, tobacco shop, restaurants etc. Good transport to the city center, 200m far is the HÉV railway, and 15min to the city center with it. The parking is payable around the house (~50cent / hour) , but 5min away free street parking is available.
