This location gives you the great feeling for a beautiful holiday, for relaxing in the sun and enjoying an amazing view all over the Lake Balaton and a nice and smooth atmosphere in the evening while you can watch the sun going down over the full horizon from the eight floor. The apartment includes a garage-parking place for you. If the weather is not so perfect, you can also spend your time in the spa area (2 jacuzzis, 3 types of sauna, pool) * Air condition * terrace with full panoramafull The penthouse apartment is located on the 8th floor of the building, with a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. The property has 2 bedrooms, a living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom and a separate washbasin. Only guests stay in the property, no one will disturb their pleasant rest. Guests over the age of 18 have an obligation to pay tourist tax in Hungary, which we would ask you to pay on the spot. The amount is 1.8 Euro / person / night. We would like to inform you that check-in after the office hours (3pm- 6pm) has a late-check-in fee according to the followings: Late check in fees: (upon arrival) after 6 pm 4 000 forint or 10 euros, after 8 pm 8 000 forint or 20 euros, after 10 pm 12 000 forint or 30 euros. Perfect holiday at the Lake Balaton at the Golden Beach in Siófok. The beach /called Plázs/, the harbor and the city are a few minutes walk away. Golden Beach - this is a 4 km long free beach in Siófok, from the port to the right down to Szabadifürdő. Although the term is used not only for the beach, but for this coastal strip where there are hotels, entertainment venues, shops. The beach itself has pedal boat rentals, flamethrowers .. The water is not deep in this part for a long time, it is a favorite place for families with children. The beach is sandy and the beach is grassy and woody.
