Vastu Indawood was created according ancient Indian knowledge of construction, named Vastushastra for a restful and fulfilling holiday that will also help recharge those depleted reserves. We offer child-friendly environment and welcome your four-legged family members too. There are no stairs to tackle. We offer a small wifi, also TV, but without reception. However you will find it so much more interesting and rewarding to spot deers or stags through the window, immerse in birdwatching for winged charmers such as woodpeckers, owls, buzzards, even the odd eagle. At summertime the best place in the house to fall asleep is right out on the terrace; due to almost no light pollution here, you can fall asleep by stargazing the night away as a miriad of stars will shine upon you from above.
When you book, the whole holiday house will be yours and yours only. Your and your guests rest will not be disturbed by anyone else. Thus you will be able to hear the sound of silence here. To feel nature with all your senses. The calm of surrounding mountains, forests, trees. Come and experience the magical effects on you.
In this little village that is situated at Hungary's highest point, sub-alpine climate will help you not just to rest well but also to embrace many its environmental health benefits. For those struggling with upper respiratory issues, you will feel the positive difference even just after one day. At spring and summertime you can enjoy a pollen-free natural outdoor environment where you don't need to worry about runny nose and watery, itchy eyes. Since the temperature is on average 8-10 C lower here, you will be able to avoid those often so uncomfortable and debilitating summer heatwaves, allowing you to engage in more outdoor activities if desired. Such as riding any of our lovely horse friends, who will love to take you to forest rides and show you around some breathtaking scenery from the hill tops. If walking is your preferred way to get around and take it all in, please know that the guest house is right on the KékTúra (National Blue Trail) for your hiking pleasure. With a comfortable walk you can visit the Observatory of Piszkesteto, and the Vorosko Kilato (Red Rock Lookout) is just a stone throw away. At winter-time you can even slide from the house to the SkiPark.
